If you are ready to start a small venture, there are few things you should consider. The first thing that you need different permits, registration and license for the business, you have to decide what would be the legal structure of the business. It can be proprietorship, corporation, cooperative or non-profit. It is all about how much control you would like to have on the business. You can use your name and if you have partners then you can use his or her name too. You need to have federal ID for the business. You need to get license to run the business which will be industry specific.
