Today people live very fast life where they do not think of while eating. However they starting thinking when they get ill, it is better to start eating right. You have to avoid fried foods, butter vegetables and burgers. Try to eat salad as much as you can and drink water. Today most of people do not have time to cook, they order cooked food. Same goes for the breakfast, instead of cooking it, people go for sandwiches which are full of cholesterol. Take a healthy breakfast which is most important meal of the day and take light meals at least six times a day.
